A tile was read wrong

Tap the square in the board editor and set it right — your rack too — then solve again. If a particular board or tile theme fails every time, send us the screenshot that failed. That is the single most useful thing you can give us: recognition improves from real examples.

The words look wrong for my game

Check the game and language pickers. Wordfeud, Words With Friends and Scrabble GO do not share a dictionary, and Scrabble GO alone has two — TWL and Collins — which disagree about thousands of words. Solving against the wrong list is the usual cause of a word your game then rejects.

Does it work offline?

Yes, completely. Every dictionary ships inside the app. If something behaves as though it needs a connection, that is a bug worth reporting.
